Da oggi è online il bando per partecipare alla quarta edizione dell'Andaras Traveling Film Festival che si terrà tra Fluminimaggiore e Buggerru dall'11 al 16 luglio 2022.
"VIAGGIO AL CENTRO DELLA TERRA" è il titolo di questa nuova edizione, ricca di importanti novità, e in cui si conferma la collaborazione con Slow Food: una grande associazione internazionale no profit impegnata a ridare il giusto valore al cibo, nel rispetto di chi produce, in armonia con ambiente ed ecosistemi, grazie ai saperi di cui sono custodi territori e tradizioni locali.
Il viaggio sarà sempre al centro del festival, e a questo tema si aggiungono cibo e ambiente.
Per questa occasione manterremo le due categorie speciali, “Narrative Short Food” e "Docu-Short Food”, rivolte a cortometraggi di fiction e non fiction dedicati al tema food.
Ad arricchire la quarta edizione ci saranno altre tre categorie legate all'ambiente e alla sua salvaguardia: "Narrative Earth Short" e "Docu Earth Short", rivolte a cortometraggi di fiction e documentaristici che abbiano come tematica quella ambientale, e la vera novità di quest'anno "Children of the Earth", rivolta a progetti scolastici e ai giovani registi under 18.
Rimangono come sempre le categorie dedicate ai cortometraggi di fiction, documentaristici, sperimentali e animazione.
Ecco tutte le categorie in concorso:
1. “Super Shorts” cortometraggi sia di fiction che documentaristici della durata massima di 180 secondi; 2. “Docu-Shorts” cortometraggi non di fiction della durata massima di 30 minuti; 3. “Narrative Shorts” dedicata a cortometraggi di fiction della durata massima di 25 minuti; 4. "Gazes from the World" categoria dallo stile libero dedicata a cortometraggi sperimentali, di finzione e documentaristici con durata massima di 20 minuti; 5. “Animation” cortometraggi di animazione della durata massima di 15 minuti;
6. "Andaras Noas" (Nuovi Sentieri)
dedicata a storie di finzione, di massimo 25 minuti, che raccontano il momento prima dell'inizio di un nuovo viaggio; “SPECIAL SLOW FOOD CATEGORIES”
7. “Narrative Short Food” dedicata a cortometraggi di fiction della durata massima di 20 minuti a tema “food”; 8. “Docu-Short Food” cortometraggi non di fiction della durata massima di 30 minuti a tema “food”.

9. “Narrative Earth Short” dedicata a cortometraggi di fiction della durata massima di 20 minuti con tematiche ambientali;
10.“Docu Earth Short” cortometraggi non di fiction della durata massima di 30 minuti con tematiche ambientali; 11. “Children of the Earth” cortometraggi con tematiche ambientali con protagonisti bambini e ragazzi.

“Andaras Traveling Film Festival"
is now online.
The call for application for the fourth edition of “Andaras Traveling Film Festival, that will be held in Fluminimaggiore and Buggerru from 11th to 16th July 2022, is online from today.
“Journey to the Center of the Earth”: this is the title of the new edition of the festival, full of important news, which conferms the partnership with Slow Food: a major international no-profit association committed to give the right value to food, in respect of those who produce, in harmony with the environment and ecosystems, thanks to the knowledge of which they are custodians of territories and local traditions.
The travel will still be the center of the festival, and “food” and “environment” are added to this theme.
To enrich the fourth edition there will be three categories related to the environment and its safeguard: “Narrative Earth Short” e “Docu Earth Short”, dedicated to fiction and non-fiction short film, environment-themed, and the real novelty of this year “Children of the Earth”, dedicated to school projects and young directors under 18.
As ever, remain the categories dedicate to fiction and non-fiction short-films, experimental and animation.
There are eleven different categories in the competition:
1. “Super Shorts”
Short films both fiction or documentary, of a maximum duration of 180 seconds; 2. “Docu-Shorts”
Non-fiction short films, of a maximum duration of 30 minutes;
3. “Narrative Shorts”
Dedicated to fiction short films, of a maximum duration of 25 minutes; 4. "Gazes from the World"
dedicated to experimental, fiction and documentary short films, not strictly connected with others categories, of a maximum duration of 20 minutes; 5. “Animation”
Animated short films, of a maximum duration of 15 minutes;
6. "Andaras Noas" (New Paths)
dedicated to fiction stories that tell the moment before the start of the trip, of a maximum duration of 25 minutes;
“SPECIAL SLOW FOOD CATEGORIES”
7. “Narrative Short Food” Dedicated to fiction short films, food-themed, of a maximum duration of 20 minutes;
8. “Docu-Short Food”
Non-fiction short films, food-themed, of a maximum duration of 30 minutes.
